Many Class Options for All Ages of Students

Youth Summer Classes are available Monday and Wednesday Evenings and Tuesday and Thursday Mornings.  A flexible class schedule will accommodate your busy family!

Preschool Classes

Our 3-5 year old preschool program focuses on basic Taekwondo and fitness skills, general movement skills, life skills, and character development.  Motor and fitness skills practiced in each class will help develop skills for many sport related activities along with the self-defense skills students will learn in each lesson. Classes are on Mondays at 4:15 pm. 

Adults and Middle / High School Students

Our adult and middle/high school program offers an intense focus on real life self-defense, fitness, and skill development.  Drills and activities will help all students reach an enhanced level of fitness while progressing through proper technique in striking, kicking, blocking, grappling and other self-defense strategies.  Whether trying to lose weight or build confidence with valuable skills, this program will meet your needs.
